Changes to backdating rules for pension credit, housing benefit and council tax benefit - DWP publishes impact assessment.

I can see the same justifications being repeated here as we've read before, but I haven't seen any official word on what the cost implications are - clearly the real justification is the amount they are going to save - has anyone seen any figures elsewhere.....

with the publication of the 'extra' info on numbers affected .. deadline for responses to SSAC consultation has been extended to 26 May ... should be on SSAC website later today
